The Nanminda Rural Co-op Housing Society Ltd is a co-operative housing society registered under the Kerala Co-op Societies Act 1969 and engaged in providing housing/other loan to the members of the society. Although an autonomous body controlled by the board of directors elected by the members of the society, our bussiness/ operations/accounts/staff selection etc. are supervised/ controlled and guided by the Registrar of Co-op Societies under the ministry of Co-operation, Govt. of Kerala.

All our loans and deposits are covered by insurance of the state government. ( The Kerala Co-Operative Societies Development Fund Borard Ltd.) We are providing long term housing loans ,commercial construction loans and mid term (100 months) personal/ furniture/ higher purchase loans. In addition to the loan process we are conducting various group deposit schemes ranging from 1 lakh to 10 lakh. We accept fixed as well as savings deposits, and in fixed deposit we have higher interest schemes which benefits the investor.

Our area of operations are spreaded in Eight grampanchayat in Kozhikode district, ie Nanminda, Kakkur, Chelannur, Narikkuni, Atholi, Balussery, Panangad and Unnikulam. Most of entrepreneurs are with common labourers and small scale bussinessers, by that we are playing a vital role in strengthening the rural economy. Kerala State Co-operative Housing Federation / Housefed is the apex body or state level institution who plays as our major fund provider
